Shipping Policy
We sell approximately 4,000 different items by catalog and
website. Most items are in stock and are shipped within 48 hours.
If merchandise is not in stock for immediate shipment email notification
will be sent to you with more detailed information on your order.
Small Order Charge and Box Charges
Orders under $75.00 (not including tax or freight) are subject to a $10.00
handling charge. Some items are subjected to additional fees if ordering
less than packaged quantities.
Drop Shipments
Advance Fixture Mart reserves the right to ship merchandise from alternate
locations. Not all merchandise ships from Our Waukegan IL 60087 facility.
Different points of origin may result in multiple freight charges.
Additional fees may be applicable. Special order, closeouts, and drop shipped merchandise can not be
returned.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed within 48 hours of submission. If you need to cancel your order please contact us via email, phone or fax within 24 hours of placing your order. Most orders are shipped via UPS ground or common carrier FOB Waukegan, IL 60087. Orders shipped UPS, freight charges will be added to your invoice and charged to your credit card. Rates are determined by the weight and
dimension of the merchandise and its final destination. Due to unusual
dimensions and weights of many of our products, Advance Fixture Mart can not
always determine/guarantee the freight charges online. The figures are estimated Ups charges, if there is a difference in the website calculated rate and the actual rate a sales person will call or email you. All rates are based on full carton shipments. If your order can be condensed into smaller cartons we will condense the shipment, your shipping rate will be recalculated on new packing. If you need your order expedited please call (800) 621-2500 and speak with one of our sales associates to handle your urgent needs. All oversized items (merchandise that exceeds the Ups size limitations) and large volume orders will ship via common carrier. Common Carrier shipments are shipped Freight Collect (meaning you are to pay the driver upon delivery). All Common Carrier shipments are tailgate delivery (you will need to unload your merchandise from the carriers tailgate as drivers are not obligated to assist you). Inside delivery and lift gate
services can be arranged for an additional charge. Items that are common carrier shipped are marked and during check out questions on delivery options will be asked. A sales associate will contact you with shipping details. All shipments sent via Refused orders will result
in customer being billed for all shipping charges, an additional $25.00 refusal
fee and a restock charge of up to 25%.
Inspect Your Order:
Advance Fixture
Mart ensures that all shipped merchandise is shipped free of defect or
damage at time of shipment. Please open and inspect packages for
damages immediately upon receipt. Contact the carrier with any damages or Advance Fixture Mart with any other concerns.
Return Policy
Orders are processed within 48 hours of submission. If you need to cancel your order please contact us via email, phone or fax within 24 hours of placing your order. Merchandise may be returned, within 15 days of receipt, to be returned
packed in the original packaging, with written authorization from Advance
Fixture Mart, Inc. Returns are to be returned freight prepaid by you the
customer. Custom, special order and drop shipped merchandise may not be
returned. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge. If you need to
return merchandise please call (800) 621-2500 and one of our associates will
assist you.
Damaged Shipment
Transportation damage claims must be filed by you the customer with the
freight carrier. Save all packing materials and paperwork. If via common
carrier, inspect all merchandise and note the damage on all copies of the
freight bill. Do not sign for any damaged, shortages or refuse the shipment until the delivery person notes the
on the freight bill your exception. If shipping via UPS call (800) 742-5877 for an inspection tag. All damage claims must be filed within 5 days of receipt to be valid.

Tax:
All orders
shipping to a destination within Illinois are subject to local sales tax.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order from Advance Fixture Mart, please contact us immediately at (800)621-2500 or info@advancefixturemart.com. Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt of your online order. If your order has been processed/shipped the order can not be canceled. You can return the merchandise (see Return Policy above). You the customer are responsible for all freight charges and order fees to and from customer location.
